For those who believe God says it's time to get married

If another relationship seminar was all you needed, you would have found your person by now.

You've probably consumed enough content and attended enough seminars to know what healthy Christian dating should look like. The real reason you have not chosen your person has nothing to do with your prayer life, education or attractiveness

YES, I WANT TO FIND MY PERSON

Many Christian Singles think they are single because their values make them unattractive. So, they make it a duty to keep doing the right things: the therapy, the prayer, the personal work, and still nothing shifts for them in the dating pool.

That's because information is rarely the missing piece. Most people don't need another teaching session. They need someone to help them follow through on the decision to date again after being single for so long; someone who will challenge the fears, excuses and old habits that have kept them stuck, help them date with intention instead of hope alone, and hold them accountable until they begin creating sensible opportunities to meet the right person.

the hard truth

Most people are Inconsistent while dating

Not because they have nothing to offer. Because they keep doubting their dating strategy, their prophetic word, and desired expectations of a partner.

But then, there are others

The ones who can't pray to save their lives but want you so much you wish God would just save their souls immediately.

What if I told you that consistency isn't a special gift some people are born with?

For years, I sat in therapy sessions listening to clients describe relationships that made no sense for their lives. They would settle for people who were clearly wrong for them, and I couldn't understand why. At first, I assumed they simply made poor decisions. Then I noticed a pattern.

Many of the "toxic" people my clients described weren't necessarily more attractive, intelligent, spiritual, or compatible. They looked regular but they did something differently

they dated —

their "desired type" Consistently

  • They did not did not compete with church folks about who knew scripture most or went to the most conferences.
  • They did not stay stuck when person A did not like them back
  • They did not assume they were not good enough
  • They did not edit their values or begin another round of therapy
  • They did not assume God was punishing them
  • They did not assume they were failures and relationships were not meant for them
  • They did not hope love would eventually just show up
  • They did not take a 6-month sabbatical after a failed talking stage

They simply focused on showing off what they had to offer, consistently. That's what made them visible & attractive and it's a skill that can be learned ON PURPOSE

Why I Teach This

For many years, I watched Christian leaders with access to potential partners stay single for years and I thought it was just strange. I was younger than many of them so I definitely could not ask them why.

The older I got and went to other places, the more I noticed that pattern was not prevalent in any specific denomination; it was a "thing" no one particularly talked about even at relationship seminars held in churches.

People spoke about how to identify green and red flags often but never addressed the elephant in the room; why is the serious-minded Christian single? Why is the unbeliver most attractive? Most painful of all, why are the "serious believers" not attracted to/ approaching themselves? Why do they often end up with the least expected person?

Before and after I began practicing as a therapist, I genuinely used to be irritated by this problem but never thought it was something anyone wanted my opinion on. Therapy allowed me study and gain compassion regarding the pattern among Christians and non-christians: why is dating difficult for people as they get older?

The longer I studied, the more I realised healthy dating although a thing of luck and miracles, was also a thing of visibility, consistency and desire.

When I eventually was graced to lead the 90-Day Wedding Vows (Ladies) and 45-Day Before the Vows (Men) prayers last year, I realised even divine instructions that speed up your romantic opportunities require you to move in the natural.

A few things that have shaped this work:

  • 9 years as a therapist: more than 150 hours of one-to-one therapy sessions.
  • Professional training across 10+ counselling and education certifications.
  • Author of the forthcoming book Married in a Year: receiving the marriage of God's dreams for you.
  • 90-Day Before The Vows prayer for people trusting God for marriage.

If these experiences have taught me anything, it is this; the textbook answers are important, but they are rarely the whole answer.

Become the person who is decisive, attractive and desired for marriage

MASTER ROMANTIC VISIBILITY • PRESENCE • CONNECTION • CONSISTENCY

The Married in a Year™ Collective was created for Christians who believe God has said it is their time to get married.

This is a year-long environment designed to help you renew your thinking, strengthen your discernment and consistently create opportunities to meet the person you could spend the rest of your life with.

Throughout your membership, you will:

  • Replace limiting beliefs about singleness with healthier, scripturally grounded perspectives that support intentional dating.
  • Understand how past disappointments, rejection and unresolved pain quietly influence the way you choose, trust and pursue relationships.
  • Learn why people with similar values experience completely different dating outcomes and what you can do differently
  • Discover dating strategies designed around your personality, lifestyle, season of life and the kind of marriage you want to build.
  • Recognise the unintentional habits that make you less visible to compatible people without compromising your values.
  • Gain practical wisdom for navigating attraction, crushes, chemistry and emotional attachment without losing discernment.
  • Learn how family history, culture, church environments and generational relationship patterns may be shaping your expectations without you realising it.
  • Develop a healthier understanding of your worth so you stop interpreting every rejection as evidence that something is wrong with you.
  • Learn how to recognise genuine compatibility instead of being distracted by potential, excitement or pressure
  • Understand how favour, stewardship and personal responsibility work together in the journey towards marriage.
  • Build the confidence to consistently pursue healthy opportunities instead of repeatedly withdrawing after disappointment.
  • Access a growing library of psychology-informed, socio-cultural and scripturally grounded resources that support every stage of your dating journey.
  • Become part of a community of Christians who are intentionally pursuing marriage, so you are no longer navigating this season in isolation.
  • Develop the habits, mindset and consistency that make intentional dating a way of life rather than something you return to whenever you feel hopeful again.

This is not about rushing into marriage.

It is about becoming the kind of person who consistently creates sensible opportunities for receiving the relationship God promised you.

I AM READY FOR THE MARRIAGE GOD PROMISED ME

SIGNS THIS IS NOT FOR YOU

This experience is designed for those who are ready to get married and would in fact be delighted to meet someone special within the next few months. If you

  • Would prefer a course/coaching/accountability where you take notes only

  • You are tired of taking long breaks from dating every time you experience disappointment, rejection or an unsuccessful talking stage.
  • You are ready to stop asking, "Why am I still single?" and start asking, "What can I consistently do differently?"
  • You are willing to examine your dating habits, beliefs and decision-making instead of assuming nothing needs to change.
  • You are ready to replace hope alone with a practical dating strategy you can consistently apply throughout the year.

  • You want to understand how your personality, life experiences, environment and relationship history influence the way you date.
  • You are ready to heal from patterns that keep showing up in your dating life instead of repeating them with different people.

  • You want to become emotionally and mentally prepared to recognise and sustain a healthy marriage when the right person comes along.
  • You are willing to learn, apply and remain consistent even when dating feels uncomfortable or uncertain.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK

Why one uninterrupted year?

It takes an average of 66-91 days to form a simple habit, while more complex habits can take 154-335 days.

If you have been single for more than three years, chances are there are multiple habits, beliefs and dating patterns that need replacing. A single course is rarely enough to create lasting transformation. At the same time, extending the timeline indefinitely makes marriage easy to postpone. As explained by the Temporal Motivation Theory, the further away a goal feels, the less urgency people give it.

One year is long enough to repair the cracks and short enough to keep you focused.

Who is married in a Year™for?

Married in a Year™ is for Christians who aged 30 and over who believe God has said it is their time to get married.

Do you help both men & women?

Absolutely. Married in a Year™ exists to help Christian men and women focus intensely and receive the marriage of God's dreams for the. No one is left behind.

What makes it different from other relationship programmes?

Most relationship programmes teach you what a healthy relationship looks like. Married in a Year™teaches you how to move from singleness to marriage using scriptures, prayers, dating strategies, coaching and learning experiences.

When you do get married, FirstFive, the parent ministry, equips you to thrive during the first five years of marriage, where many relationships face their greatest challenges.

We do not simply want you married; we want you to stay married

What if I have already, prayed, fasted, gone to therapy and even attended countless seminars?

If you have already done the spiritual, emotional and personal work, you may not need more preparation; you need better strategy.

This Collective helps you bridge the gap between being ready for marriage and intentionally pursuing it.

Why do you focus on Christians aged 30 and above?

Because your comprehension of relational value is different from someone younger. By your thirties, you have often experienced enough to comprehend waiting, disappointment and unanswered questions about marriage.

Keeping the Collective focused on this stage of life allows us to have deeper conversations, address more relevant challenges and create an environment for people who are ready to act.

Why should marriage become my highest priority for one year?

Because everything else has probably been your priority until now. You have invested in your education, career, ministry, business and personal growth.

If marriage is the area that continues to bring you grief, disappointment or unanswered questions, it deserves intentional focus instead of being squeezed into whatever time remains.

What is included?

It includes date strategies, courses, prayer guides and, matchmaking opportunities.

Is this a course?

No. The Married in a Year™ Collective is a one-year membership designed to help you consistently date towards marriage. Rather than simply giving you more information, it combines learning experiences, implementation experiences, practical resources and a supportive community to help you keep moving forward throughout the year.

I have been single for a long time. Will this really help me?

Absolutely. Whether you have never dated or have dated for years, Married in a Year™ is designed to help you intentionally pursue marriage from where you are today.

The Collective is designed for Christians who are ready to stop sitting on the sidelines and start dating intentionally again. Throughout the year, you'll prepare to date, practise what you're learning, go on real dates, reflect on your experiences and continue improving your approach. The goal isn't simply to learn about dating; it's to become someone who consistently dates towards marriage for one uninterrupted year.

What if I'm naturally shy or introverted?

The Collective includes dating strategies designed specifically for introverts. Instead of expecting you to date like an extrovert, you will learn how to maximise your personality and build a dating strategy that fits who you are. That's perfectly fine.

We don't believe everyone should date the same way. This means you won't be expected to attend crowded singles events or rely on dating apps if those approaches don't suit you. Instead, you'll learn practical ways to become romantically visible that fit your personality, lifestyle and strengths.

What if I become discouraged or experience rejection?

That's exactly why the Collective exists. Dating can be emotionally demanding, and everyone needs encouragement at times.

Inside the membership, you'll have access to a live Prayer Wall where you can anonymously request prayer whenever you need it. When you're ready, you can also post in the "I Need Morale Support" area to receive encouragement from members who understand what this journey feels like. The goal is simple: don't quit on yourself before the year is over.

What if I don't know where to meet Christian singles?

That's one of the problems the Collective is designed to solve. Instead of hoping you'll accidentally meet the right person, you'll learn

  • practical ways to create sensible opportunities to meet marriage-minded Christians.
  •  how to become more romantically visible in environments that suit your personality and lifestyle, rather than relying on chance or waiting for someone to find you.
  • how to stand out in our Matchmaking magazine to get better results

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes. You can begin with the Learning Experience and upgrade to the Implementation Experience whenever you're ready for additional live implementation experiences and member benefits. You'll also receive member-only pricing when you upgrade.

What happens after I join?

After you join the Married in a Year™ Collective, you will get a welcome email that leads you to the Start Here page. Follow the instructions on the Start Here page. That is where you find:

  • The important courses to start with
  • The support Bank
  • The Prayer Wall where you can ask for prayers
  • The recommended resources
  • etc.

What if I don't meet my spouse within one year?

No one can promise when you'll meet your future spouse. What we can promise is that, by the end of the year, you won't be the same person who joined.

You'll have spent twelve months consistently learning, applying, dating, refining your approach and creating opportunities instead of wondering why nothing is changing.

Whether you meet your spouse during the year or shortly afterwards, you'll leave with healthier habits, stronger discernment and a dating strategy you can confidently continue using.

Is the Collective only for people who have never dated?

Not at all. Some members are returning to dating after years of being single. Others have dated often but keep attracting the wrong people or repeating the same patterns. Whether you're starting again or starting over, the Collective is designed to help you date more intentionally and receive the marriage of God's dreams for your life.
